Heath Herrera, M.Ed., CSCS received a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Angelo State University in 2002. He received his Master of Education in Physical Education with an emphasis in Exercise and Sports Science from Texas State University in 2004. Heath is a current member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is a Arthritis Aquatic Program Instructor through the Arthritis Foundation. He is a Certified Basic Life Skills Instructor through the American Heart Association.
Heath’s training strengths include strength and conditioning, nutrition guidance, injury prevention & rehabilitation, and working with various age groups. When training with Heath you will learn to be patient, will be motivated, learn consistency, be committed to your own health and well being, become open to something new, and most importantly have fun reaching your athletic and fitness goals.
